Related to PHOSPHATES:

Phosphoric acid plays a critical role in the production of fertilizers, feed phosphates, and food grade phosphates. Its importance lies in its ability to provide plants, livestock, and humans with a vital nutrient: phosphorus. By ensuring that these industries have access to phosphoric acid, we can promote agricultural productivity, improve animal health, and enhance the quality of the food we consume.

Related to PHOSPHORIC ACID, we supply:

  • Technical and Food grade Phosphoric acid, in bulk or in IBCs
  • Reagents for purification of Phosphoric acid:

o  Defoamers used in phosphoric acid production

o  Removal of hard metals in phosphoric acid/flocculants

o  Filtration aids for phosphoric acid

Fertilizers are substances that are added to soil to enhance its fertility and promote plant growth. Phosphorus acid is a key component in the production of many types of fertilizers, including monoammonium phosphate (MAP), diammonium phosphate (DAP), TSP, SSP, and others. By adding phosphoric acid derivates (SSP, TSP, MAP and others) to fertilizers, it ensure that their crops receive the necessary amount of phosphorus to thrive.

Related to Fertilizers phosphorus component, we can supply:

  • Rock phosphates of 28-32% P2O5 quality, of different origin
  • Granular (SSP, TSP, MAP, DAP, NPK of various formulations) and liquid fertilizers containing strong active P component

Feed phosphates are a critical component of livestock diets, providing the animals with the necessary nutrients for growth and development. Phosphoric acid is used in the production of feed phosphates, which are added to animal feed to provide them with the necessary phosphorus and other essential minerals.

Related to Feed phosphates, we can supply:

  • MCP, DCP, TCP
  • Defluorinated phosphate, Sodium phosphate and others.

Food grade phosphates are a type of food additive that is widely used in the food industry for a variety of purposes, including as a preservative, flavor enhancer, and pH regulator. Food grade phosphates are used to improve the texture, flavor, and appearance of a wide range of food products, including processed meats, cheese, and baked goods.

Related to Food phosphates, we can supply:

  • Sodium Phosphate
  • Potassium Phosphate
  • Calcium Phosphate
  • Magnesium phosphate and others.

Purification of Phosphoric acid

and

Removal of hard metals in phosphoric acid of higher grades

Phosphoric acid, used in fertilizers, FEED and FOOD Industry is mostly produced by the wet process by making phosphate rocks react with H2SO4.

Phosphate rocks contain a variety of heavy metals such as Cr, Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni, U, Zn.

Production of phosphate fertilizers, FEED and FOOD components and grades, is impossible without eliminating these toxic heavy metals that could cause soil or groundwater contamination and surface water pollution.

Cadmium is an undesirable element in fertilizers, FEED and FOOD components, although current fertilizer use presents no immediate danger.

Phosphoric acid is an essential chemical compound utilized in numerous industrial processes.

However, to meet stringent quality standards, phosphoric acid often requires purification to eliminate impurities.

Traditional methods of Phosphoric acid purification involve solvent extraction utilizing organic solvents such as kerosene, diisobutyl ketone (DIBK), and tributyl phosphate (TBP).

Our Involvement of more than 20 Years in Fertilizers and Phosphoric acid production enabled us to gain insights to the most efficient chemicals and products, with whom we supply our Partners worldwide.

Related to NITRATES:

Nitrates are chemical compounds that contain the nitrate ion (NO3-). They are important in various industrial, agricultural, and biological processes.

The main types of nitrates that we do include:

1. Inorganic nitrates: These are nitrates that do not contain carbon, such as:

  • Sodium nitrate (NaNO3)
  • Potassium nitrate (KNO3)
  • Calcium Nitrate
  • Ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) and Low-density ammonium nitrate for explosives

2. Organic nitrates: These are nitrates that contain carbon, such as:

  • Nitroglycerin, which is used as an explosive and as a medicine for heart conditions
  • Nitric acid (for fertilizers, dyes, and explosives)
  • Nitrogen dioxide (for the production of nitric acid and in the manufacturing of rubber and plastics)
